Each project begins with a detailed consultation session where the client's vision, requirements, and budget are thoroughly discussed. This phase allows us to tailor a design or remodeling plan specifically to the client's needs.

Following consultation, we review your blueprints and/or 3D renderings to help you visualize the final product. This stage includes obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. We meet and coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and inspectors to ensure all designs comply with zoning regulations and safety standards.

We maintain strategic relationships with trusted suppliers and subcontractors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices. The procurement process is streamlined to align material deliveries with project timelines, reducing material spoilage.

This phase is managed by our General Contractor, who personally oversees daily operations on-site. Skilled trade people work under strict supervision to maintain high standards of workmanship. We are not an absent builder; we check our sites daily in the morning and close each site in the afternoon. We are not a high-volume builder, which allows us to maintain our promise to be present while building your home.

We maintain transparent and frequent communication. We will give you updated options like meetings, progress reports, and a digital platform allowing you to have control over your new home build.

Upon completion, J Thompson & Company performs a comprehensive final walkthrough with the homeowner to address any remaining concerns and ensure satisfaction. We provide homeowners with all necessary documentation, including warranties, maintenance guides, and compliance certificates. Post-completion support services are available to handle any issues or additional remodeling requests.
