Josh began his career working as a trim carpenter for his father's construction company, quickly rising to Superintendent for a well-known custom home builder in West Georgia. He then moved to commercial construction as a Commercial Superintendent, managing projects over $10 million, including schools, clinics, and senior living facilities. With 20+ years of experience, Josh has a keen eye for craftsmanship and excels in customer relations.
Liz specializes in business development, cost management, and operational efficiency, backed by more than 15 years of experience in managing large-scale budgets. While Josh oversees all aspects of construction management, Liz is responsible for running the office with material purchasing, customer service, and accounting.
Together, they offer a complementary blend of skills, ensuring that every project not only meets customer expectations but also adheres to code regulations.
